Can I really get licensed before 2027?

You can work toward that goal by starting now and studying consistently. You will need to complete the required course and course exam, receive application approval, and pass the state exam. Timing depends on your progress and exam availability. Review the Florida licensing steps.

Is post-licensing part of getting my initial license?

No. The 63-hour pre-licensing course and state exam come first. The 45-hour post-licensing course is for after you are licensed. Finishing it before 2027 is the bonus challenge for those who get licensed early enough.

What if I am already licensed or still studying at year-end?

Already licensed? Focus on the 45-hour post-licensing milestone and your first renewal deadline. Still studying? Keep progressing toward your license. The challenge date is a goal to build momentum.
